By accessing and using AgriFix Tractor Repair services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.
AgriFix Tractor Repair provides tractor and heavy machinery repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. Our services include but are not limited to:
All service estimates provided by AgriFix are approximate and may change based on the actual condition of the equipment upon inspection. Final pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for parts and labor as necessary.
AgriFix provides a 90-day warranty on all labor performed. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications after service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances. For large repairs, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins.
AgriFix Tractor Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to crop loss, lost revenue, or equipment downtime beyond the scope of the original repair. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Equipment left at our facility for more than 30 days after notification of completed service may be subject to storage fees. Equipment abandoned for more than 90 days after completion of service may be disposed of in accordance with applicable state laws.
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip charge or cancellation fee, especially for mobile and emergency services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
